The theme for the program year is: Linking OD to successful organizational performance. Our focus for the year is building capabilities in our organizations to advance strategic direction through culture and leadership and our own growth as practitioners.

October 2008	October 21st, 2008 Translating OD impact to Business Results Evening program: 6:00 – 8:30 pm •Banner Good Samaritan • Presenter: Kevin Miller – Organization Development Consulting, LLC • Program: This program is focused on translating the value of what OD practitioners produce into terms that are most understood and appreciated by senior management - financial and operational measures. The session provides methods and approaches to creating effective and successful business partnerships.
