Amy's recent work has included managing employee recognition programs, training functions, implementing organization development projects and facilitating organizational change within a variety of industries including hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare, contract staffing, and financial services. She holds a B.S.in Urban Recreation and an M.A. in Organizational Management.

Betty Kjellberg began Association Solutions, LLC, in 1998 as a way to share the skills and knowledge she had gained during more than 30 years of working and volunteering in the nonprofit sector. In the past, she was employed by the Los Angeles County Medical Association, the Maricopa Medical Society, Samaritan Health Service, and the Arizona Psychological Association. Since 2005, Betty has had a contract to serve as the Executive Director of the International Association of Facilitators. She holds three masters degrees (in library science, business administration, and aviation management) and has been a Certified Association Executive since 1995.
